Another dish that I love to make from time to time are these delicious breakfast bowls that are paleo friendly! I never liked the taste of sweet potatoes until I became gluten-free / grain-free at the start of 2020. Fast forward to present day and they are now my absolute fav – apparently this is an unpopular opinion but they are sooo delicious! And I love that they can go with breakfast, lunch or dinner with the help of a few extra ingredients. There are no rules with these breakfast bowls and you can include whatever you’re craving on any given occasion.
